A family birthday, a wedding anniversary, a Christening, a graduation ...there are so many wonderful events to celebrate. And whether the occasion is to be small and intimate, or on a grand scale, providing delicious food for your guests will help to make it a thoroughly enjoyable time.

The food may be a three course meal, a buffet or canapés and drinks. Whatever you choose, the presentation is all important. Canapés served on slate platters with a single flower look stunning. Similarly a carefully arranged food station can be both a practical way to serve your menu whilst also being a centre piece for the celebration. For example a fish display of beautifully prepared shell fish, fresh & smoked salmon and prawns or a whole honey roast ham on the bone with a selection of salads.

And wherever the celebration is to take place…in your own home, marquee, village hall, I will be there to ensure your menu is served on time, with quiet efficiency and a smile!
